Curious Hue, owned by Tran New Media, Inc., is committed to making this website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We keep working to improve the experience for all visitors and to apply relevant accessibility standards.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities. We are also reviewing the newer WCAG 2.2 guidelines as part of our ongoing improvements.

Conformance status

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content may not yet fully meet the standard. We are working to find and fix these areas.

Measures we take

To support accessibility, we use our best efforts to:

• use semantic HTML and a logical heading structure so pages work with screen readers;
• provide text alternatives for meaningful images;
• check color contrast between text and backgrounds;
• design navigation, menus, and forms to work with a keyboard;
• label form fields and provide clear error messages; and
• review accessibility when we add new content or features.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible:

• Third-party content, such as embedded videos and advertising, is provided by other companies and may not fully meet our accessibility goals.
• Color swatches and color charts are visual by nature. Where we can, we also give each color's name and its hex, RGB, or CMYK values in text.
• Older articles and graphics may not be fully accessible. Accessible versions are available on request.

Compatibility

This website is designed to work with current versions of commonly used web browsers and assistive technologies, including screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver, and with browser zoom up to 200%.
